  • - sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce - 2 teaspoons each;

  • - water - 2 tablespoons;

First prepare the sauce. Mix chopped chili peppers with grated garlic, sugar, water, and sauces.

Cut the beef tenderloin into thin pieces. Cut the cucumbers into cubes, and the eggs into slices.

Heat a skillet with a spoon of vegetable oil over high heat. Put the meat, fry for one minute, stirring occasionally. Add hot sauce, cook for another two minutes - the liquid should thicken. Turn off the fire.
