Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, drain the water. Cut root vegetables and dry on paper towels. Lightly grease a non-stick baking sheet with vegetable oil. Lightly beat the protein of one egg with pepper and salt (you can also add herbs to taste) and roll in it future chips. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes. 20 minutes after the start of baking, turn the slices on the other side.

2. Classic mashed potatoes can be cooked with skimmed (skim) milk instead of fatty milk. You can add cream instead of butter.

3. Potatoes pour over boiling water. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix half a teaspoon of salt with a tablespoon of olive oil. Roll the potatoes in a mixture, put on a baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes.

4. And the most useful way to cook potatoes, of course, in their uniforms. It’s wonderful to serve such potatoes with low-fat yogurt, where to pre-mix spices and herbs to taste!

5. Thinly chop the potatoes and onions and let stand for 15 minutes in ice water. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Drain and dry. Put on a heat-resistant dish, salt and pepper, sprinkle with grated nutmeg. Pour in 600 ml of garlic vegetable broth. Put a few small cubes of butter on top and bake for 1.5 hours.
