You will need
- - 0.5 lemon
- - 120 g of brown sugar
- - 500 g blackberries
- - 2 plates of gelatin
- - 3 egg whites

Rinse the blackberries thoroughly first. Add 120 g of brown sugar to the blackberry.

Pour 300 ml of cold water into the dishes and put 2 plates of gelatin in the water for 15 minutes to make them soft.

Cut a crust from half a lemon and place on a berry, put a saucepan on a fire, and cook over medium heat. Boil for 3-5 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove the lemon peel, pass the berries through a sieve.

Add soaked gelatin to the blackberry mass and mix well, add 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 water, mix and put in a cold place.
