You will need
- - 600-700 g of pork heart,
- - 4 potatoes,
- - 500 ml of pork broth,
- - 2 carrots,
- - 1 onion,
- - 4 cloves of garlic,
- - 2 celery,
- - 2 tbsp flour
- - salt to taste,
- - 1 tsp thyme
- - 1 bay leaf,
- - 1 can of green peas.

First chop the potatoes, carrots and celery into small pieces.

Cut the pork heart into small pieces. Put it in a bowl, add 1 tbsp. flour and mix to flour enveloped each piece.

In a deep frying pan over high heat, heat 2 tbsp. sunflower oil. Fry the pieces of the heart until golden brown in 3 sets, about 5 minutes for each batch. Then put it on a plate.

Chop onion and garlic finely.

Reduce the heat under the pan to moderate. Add onions and garlic to the pan and fry, stirring, for about 5-6 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. flour, which remained, and fry, stirring, for about 2 minutes.

Add the broth and stir so that no lumps form. Add heart, carrots, bay leaves, potatoes, celery, thyme, and salt to taste.

Bring the dish to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer the dish for 50-60 minutes. 5-10 minutes before cooking, add green peas to the pan.
