You will need

  • - 300 g of chicken;

  • - 300 g of any frozen vegetables;

  • - 1/2 tbsp. round grain rice;

  • - 3 eggs;

  • - 200 milk + 2 tbsp. l

  • - 1 slice of stale white bread;

  • - 1/2 onion;

  • - 1 clove of garlic;

  • - 1 tbsp. l butter;

  • - 2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs;

  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Instruction manual

1

Pour the rice with water and cook on a fire. Cook until cooked. Rinse it and let it cool.

2

Defrost the vegetables, preferably right in the bag, so they will not lose their appearance. Throw out the thawed vegetables in a colander to remove excess moisture.

3

Pour a slice of white bread with two tablespoons of milk. Leave the bread to swell, and then gently squeeze out the excess milk.

4

Grind the chicken fillet with a blender and combine with the swollen bread, salt and pepper. Knead the minced meat and form small meatballs out of it.

5

Grease the refractory form with butter, and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Now you can put the ingredients in the cooked baking dish.

6

Lay out the finished rice with the first layer. Next, spread the thawed vegetables evenly over the rice layer. Put meatballs on top of vegetables, and fill the cavities between them with chopped onions.

7

Pour all over with beaten eggs and milk. Do not forget salt and pepper. Place the dishes in the oven for 45 minutes and bake the casserole at 200 degrees.
