Not always in the house there are yesterday's pasta, potatoes or rice. And if you really want to cook a casserole, you can also make it from raw potatoes. You don’t even have to make mashed potatoes. The taste of raw potato casseroles is somewhat different from the taste of mashed potato casseroles, but this will add variety to the daily menu.

  • medium-sized potatoes - 6-7 pcs.;

  • any sausages - 5-7 pcs.;

  • cream (10%) - 70-80 ml;

  • egg - 3 pcs.;

  • hard cheese - 150-200 g;

  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.;

  • salt, spices (black pepper, dried herbs) - to taste.

  4. Take a baking sheet, cover with foil. Make sure that part of the foil protrudes beyond the edges of the pan. Lubricate the bottom of the foil with a little vegetable oil.

  5. Put one half of the potatoes on the bottom. Then put the sausages in the second layer, the last layer is the rest of the potatoes.

  6. As a finishing touch, fill your dish with egg-cream mixture. Cover the casserole with foil protruding along the edges of the baking sheet so as not to dry the potatoes during cooking.

  7. Bake in a well preheated to 180-190 degrees oven for about 40-45 minutes.

  8. Then remove the foil from above, pour all the grated cheese on top of the dish, bake for another 7-10 minutes until a beautiful golden crust forms on top.

  9. Serve the finished dish with a salad of fresh vegetables and homemade pickles, previously sprinkled with herbs. Bon Appetit!
