  • - 10 ml vegetable oil;

  • - chopped onion;

  • - salt;

  • - a pinch of ground paprika;

  • - three buds of cloves;

  • - cinnamon stick;

  • - green bell peppers;

  • - one orange.

Pour boiling water over the orange, then grate the zest, and squeeze all the juice out of the pulp. Rinse the bell pepper, chop finely, after removing the stem with seeds.

Coarsely chop the almonds and lightly fry them in oil, add sweet peppers and chopped onions to the almonds, continue to fry for another three minutes.

Pour the broth and put in a pan raisins, spices, paprika, orange zest, pour in orange juice. Wait for the mixture to boil.
