Pour water into the pan and put the chicken meat. Once the broth boils, add a few peas of allspice and ground black pepper, 2-3 bay leaves, 1 tsp. salt.

From the moment of boiling, cook the broth for 20 minutes. Then get the meat.

Peel and dice potatoes and onions. Grate the carrots. Cut the meat into small pieces. Grate or cut cream cheese into small cubes.

Add chopped potatoes to the boiling broth.

While potatoes are boiling, lightly fry in oil. Put onion first, then carrots. Salt and pepper a little. Add the cooked frying to the soup and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Then add the chopped meat. Cook the soup for another 3-4 minutes, then add the cream cheese, stir well and turn off the heat.
