- - 300 g puff pastry
- - 100-150 g feta or feta cheese
- - 2 tbsp. l yogurt
- - 1 tbsp. l sour cream
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper to taste
- - 50 g of hard cheese

Defrost and roll puff pastry first.

Cut feta or feta cheese into pieces, combine with sour cream and yogurt.

Add the pepper and finely chopped garlic. Add the grated cheese.

Cut the dough into medium strips and distribute the filling.

Make rolls and place on a baking sheet, cover the edges, brush with milk. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees when roasted.
