But there is no secret here. Everyone who intends to maintain their health for a long time is well aware that sweet potato is considered one of the most useful plants in the world. With a low calorie content and an ideal glycemic index, it contains a maximum of vitamins, delicate fiber, micro and macro elements. Studies have shown that carbohydrates and sweet potato proteins are digested many times better than from ordinary potatoes.

In cooking, you can use absolutely all parts of the plant, which is a vine capable of growing up to 5 meters: stem, leaves, flowers, tubers. The magnitude of the latter depends on the growing conditions. At +10 degrees, sweet potato can completely stop growing, not to start bearing fruit. And in a tropical climate, tubers can reach simply gigantic sizes: 7-10 kg.
