  • Eggs - 4 pcs.;

  • Green onions (or dried) - a thin bunch (or 1 teaspoon);

  • Salt and black pepper to taste.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Stir the cottage cheese with eggs, add finely chopped onion, salt and spices to the mixture. Stir again.

  • Honey - 1 tbsp;

  • Salt to taste;

  • For decoration, you can use fresh lettuce leaves.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Rinse and dry the tomatoes. Cut them into round pieces with a thickness of not more than 7-8 mm.
