This cake is prepared quite easily, and looks very appetizing and beautiful in appearance. It can be served both to the dining table and for the festive. For cooking, you don’t need any special skills, because even a beginner can cook it.

  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 600 g sour cream for cream and 300 g for cakes;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 1 tbsp poppy;
  • 20 g of gelatin;
  • 40-60 g of bitter or milk chocolate without additives;
  • 150 g of granulated sugar in a cream and 250 g for cakes;
  • 300-350 g of wheat flour;
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder;
  • 100 g of nuts;
  • 100 g cream;
  • a couple of marmalades (for decoration).

Cooking:

  1. The preparation of this wonderful cake begins with the preparation of cakes. To do this, take a sufficiently deep dish and mix eggs and granulated sugar in it. Then, using a mixer, this mass is thoroughly whipped (it should turn white). Then sour cream is put there and again everything is whipped.
  2. Flour should be sifted through a sieve and pour baking powder into it. The flour is mixed well and added in parts to the whipped mass. Make sure that no lumps form.
  3. Then the dough is cut into 3 equal parts. After that, washed poppy is poured into one part, cocoa powder in the other, and cocoa and nuts, which should be previously crushed, in the third.
  4. Then the cakes are alternately baked in a preheated oven. On average, the cake is cooked for 11-15 minutes. For reliability, the readiness can be checked with a toothpick.
  5. Then you need to do the preparation of the cream. To do this, gelatin is mixed with cream, which must be necessarily warm. Then the infused gelatin is placed on a very small fire. It should completely dissolve, but make sure that the liquid does not boil.
  6. Mix sugar with sour cream and add gelatin to the resulting mass. Everything mixes very well.
  7. Then you should begin to form a cake and for this it is best to use a detachable form. The cake is laid at the bottom, in which nuts are added, and then there is the "poppy" cake. Each of them is liberally lubricated with cream. Then, pieces are laid out in the remains of the cream, into which the third cake should first be cut. The resulting mass is neatly stacked on top of the cake.
  8. Cake is decorated with melted chocolate (you can use both black and white) and chopped marmalade. Leave the dessert in a cool place for at least 4 hours.
