Preheat the oven to 165 degrees.

Sift flour with soda, baking powder and cocoa.

Mix eggs with sugar, then pour in butter.

In another container, mix kefir, vanilla, vinegar, dye and expresso. Add to egg mass.

Add flour to the mass, mix with spatula.

Put the resulting dough into molds.

Put on the middle shelf of the oven for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare creamy frosting.
To do this, beat the cheese with powdered sugar.

Frost the surface of the cake.

Put the cake in the refrigerator. It can be served one hour after it is idle at room temperature.
Useful advice
• If you wish, you can decorate the cake. It can even be flower petals. This will give your masterpiece a more spectacular look.
• Together buttermilk can use kefir.
• Rapeseed oil can be replaced by mixing vegetable and olive.
If you bake a cake in one form, increase the baking time.
