  • - 3 pcs of potatoes;

  • - 1 head of onion;

  • - 200 ml of milk cream;

  • - 1 tbsp. l flour;

  • - salt to taste;

  • - garlic.

To begin, cut the mushrooms into slices and lightly fry together with green beans in vegetable oil.

Boil the chicken fillet, adding seasoning and salt, cut into pieces of medium size.

Wash the tomato, cut into half rings.

Boil potatoes in peel in salted water. Cool, peel, cut into half rings.

Cook the creamy onion sauce. Cut the head of the small onion into small cubes, chop the garlic clove finely. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil. In cream, dilute one tablespoon of flour and gradually add this mixture to the onion with garlic, stirring continuously. Salt to taste, add seasonings (any). Once the sauce has thickened, remove it from the heat, cool slightly, beat well with a blender.
