  • - 80 g mango;

  • - 60 g of condensed milk;

  • - 50 ml of water;

  • - 50 g of coconut milk;

  • - 45 g of mango puree;

  • - 30 ml of olive oil;

  • - 20 g of butter.

Knead dough out of flour, water, salt and milk. Wrap it in cling film, leave for an hour at room temperature. After that, form two identical balls from the dough.

Cut the mango pulp into small cubes. Mix the egg with mango puree and slices of mango.

Flatten two balls of dough. Put one resulting pancake on a dry surface, stretch to a translucent state. With the second pancake, do the same, but fry them in turn.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, place a pancake, fill it with half of the mango mixture, fry for a couple of minutes on moderate heat.

Wrap the pancake with an envelope, flip it over, fry for another minute, add butter, fry for 30 seconds on each side. fry the second pancake in the same way. Serve ready-made pancakes by watering each with condensed milk.
