Every person’s daily diet should have a first course, because soups are very beneficial for the stomach. But habitual soups bother, I want something original. Salmon and coconut milk - this is a rather original combination, from which a tender soup will turn out.

You will need
- For eight servings:
- - 500 g of salmon;
- - 400 ml of coconut milk;
- - 330 ml of fish broth;
- - 150 g of noodles;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of cilantro;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of curry;
- - 10 g of ginger;
- - 1 chili pepper;
- - 2 onions;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoon of olive oil.

Peel the chili peppers from the seeds, rinse, chop finely with ginger and garlic.

Cut onions into thin rings, fry in olive oil. Add pepper, ginger, garlic. Season with curry paste, stew for several minutes.

Pour coconut milk, fish stock into the onion. Bring to a boil.

Cut the salmon filet into cubes, put in soup, bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes until the salmon is soft. Add chopped cilantro, salt.

Pour boiling water over the noodles, leave for two minutes. Throw it on a sieve, place it on plates, fill it with prepared soup.

Not everyone likes the specific taste of cilantro; it can be replaced with parsley in this recipe.
