It’s very easy to prepare beautiful delicate apple roses and they turn out to be very tasty.

You will need
- - 250 g puff pastry;
- - 200 ml of water;
- - 3 tbsp. l Sahara;
- - 2 apples;
- - icing sugar;

Cut apples into thin slices about 2 mm thick.
Boil water in a saucepan, add sugar, put apple slices, boil for 2-3 minutes, drain the water.

Roll out the dough thinly (1-2 mm), cut into strips 25-30 cm long and 3 cm wide.
Put 5 apple slices on a strip of dough (slightly overlapping), so that one third of the segments protrude beyond the upper edge of the dough. Wrap the strip in a tube, tucking in the lower edges of the dough.

Ready roses are placed on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment paper and baked for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.
Cool the layers, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Such roses can be made with any filling: pear, with orange, kiwi, cheese, sausage, prunes.
