One of the most popular salads with green peas is considered "Olivier". There are many interesting recipes for this dish. For example, for a vegetable salad with nuts you will need: 300 g canned green peas, 100 g vegetable oil, 50 g walnuts, 2 fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar, as well as a bunch of green onions and dill, salt to taste. Prepared vegetables should be cut randomly and add green peas to them. Just remember to merge the fill from it first. Chop the nuts and garlic and add them to the salad along with the butter and lemon juice. Before serving, decorate with greens.

A very tasty salad will be made from canned peas and mushrooms. To begin with, finely chop 2 boiled eggs and combine them with a planed bunch of green onions. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Then, onion and eggs, lay coarsely chopped 400 g of pickled mushrooms and 300 g of peas without pouring. It remains only to season the salad with sour cream, salt and mix everything.

Eggs can be replaced with sweet pepper, and sour cream with vegetable oil. Then you get a completely different salad.

If desired, you can make a more satisfying dish using ham. You will need: 2 celery roots, 2 carrots and 2 sour apples, a glass of vegetable oil and green peas, 300 g chopped ham, a bunch of parsley and dill. Drain the liquid from the peas, and peel and rub the celery and carrots. Remove seeds from apples and rub them on a fine grater. Combine all of the above ingredients with ham and season with vegetable oil.

There is also a very good recipe for making a hearty chicken salad with peas and cheese. To create it, take: 300 g of boiled chicken, 200 g of cheese, 2 pickles, 3 sausages, 2 eggs, 200 g of potatoes, 200 g of canned green peas, 2 cloves of garlic, 200 ml of mayonnaise and a bunch of greens. On a grater, rub the garlic with cheese and boiled eggs. Then cut the boiled sausages, potatoes and chicken into small cubes. Put all the resulting ingredients in a salad bowl, add green peas and thoroughly flavor all with mayonnaise.

Do not forget to decorate the salad with chopped herbs.

If you like seafood, try making a salad with mussels. To do this, finely chop 2 boiled eggs. Also, rinse and cut a bunch of dill, 2 peeled onions and 200 g of green salad. Mix the above products and add to them 200 g canned peas and 300 g boiled mussels, as well as 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Salt everything to taste and season the salad with mayonnaise.
