If you use a ready-made salad called "carrot" and canned beans from the store, then the salad is prepared very quickly. Rinse 1.5 kg of carrots and remove the top coarse layer from it with a knife or a peeler. Then grate on a special grater so that you get long thin sticks.

Shredded carrots are lightly sprinkled with salt and thoroughly kneading to a soft and plastic state. Now the vinegar essence is poured (2 teaspoons), the carrots are mixed and covered with a lid. While the carrots are pickled, you can prepare onions immediately for carrots and for the future salad with kebab flavor, especially since for both, it is cut into thin half rings. One onion goes to a pan with hot oil, and the other is boiled with boiling water and poured with marinade.

Marinade is a glass of boiled chilled water with the addition of 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. l 9% vinegar. Instead of scalding the onion, you can simply rinse it in cold water, but then the pickling process will take longer. The scalded onions will be ready in about 20 minutes. The onions for carrots need to be fried until golden brown and poured onto carrots only after chopped garlic, black and red ground peppers have already been added. After pouring all seasonings with hot oil with onions, all the contents need to be mixed well and the carrot salad is ready to eat. Although some prefer it to be infused for more than one hour.

In the process of preparing carrot salad and pickling onions, do not forget about beans, which are probably already ready. The main ingredients for the salad with kebab flavor are taken in equal parts, that is, if smoked chicken 300 grams, then the same amount of beans and carrot salad. There will be no big trouble if the proportions are a little broken. Now the salad is seasoned with pickled onions and mayonnaise and mixed. Anyone who loves sharper can still pepper. Experts say that it is the pickled component that gives the piquancy to the smoked chicken salad, which can be cucumbers, mushrooms, and cauliflower. Nevertheless, you can treat yourself with a “shish kebab” only using pickled onions.
