  • - green sweet and sour apples - 3 pieces;

  • - celery - 6 petioles;

  • - lettuce - 300 g;

  • - walnuts - 30 g;

  • - 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

  • - pepper and salt to taste.

At celery, we cut off the rigid base, cut the petioles into thin slices.

Fry the walnuts in the oven (160C) until a rich aroma appears - about 10-15 minutes.

We clean the apples, remove the core, cut into medium-sized cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice, otherwise they will instantly darken.

Mix pieces of celery and apples with mayonnaise, season with pepper and salt to taste.
