Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sprats;
  • 5 large radishes;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 large feathers of onions;
  • 4 large branches of dill;
  • 3 slices of Borodino bread;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • sour cream;
  • salt and black pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Cut dark bread into small cubes using a sharp knife, and dry in a microwave or oven until crackers. If the drying will occur in the microwave, then it is recommended to turn it on 4 times in 1 minute. At the same time, after every minute, crackers need to be mixed by hand for even drying.
  2. Wash the entire radish, cut into thin rings, and the rings into half rings.
  3. Rinse dill with onions under water, dry a little and chop finely. If there is no dill and onion, they can be replaced with parsley or basil.
  4. Pour raw eggs with water, place on a stove, boil until cooked, cool and clean. Cut boiled eggs into small cubes, like bread.
  5. Remove the sprats from the oil and cut into cubes too. Note that sprats should be of especially good quality, because the taste and appearance of the finished salad will depend on this.
  6. Put all prepared ingredients in one container, season with sour cream, salt and pepper, mix until smooth and leave to soak for about half an hour. During this time, crackers are slightly softened, and all other ingredients are saturated with the taste of sprats, spices and garlic.
  7. Put ready Baltic Salad salad on a dish, garnish with whole sprats and sprigs of dill, serve with any side dish.
