You will need

  • - 500 g rye flour

  • - 3 tbsp. l buckwheat bran

  • - 2 tbsp. l sunflower seeds

  • - 2 tbsp. l pumpkin seeds

  • - 1 tbsp. l flax seed

  • - 250 ml of water

  • - 1/2 tsp salt

  • - 1 tsp Sahara

  • - 1/2 tsp dry yeast

  • - 2 tsp olive oil

Lightly warm 150 ml of water and dissolve dry yeast with salt and sugar in it, pour into an enameled bowl. Add 200 g of flour there and knead the dough. Leave to rise for 4 hours, covering with a towel, indoors without drafts.

After 4 hours, pour the remaining water into the dough and gently mix the flour, bran, sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds. Knead by hand or in a combine for 10 minutes, until elastic dough is obtained.

Grease the bottom and walls of the baking dish with 1 tsp. olive oil. Lay the dough in it, giving the form of a "brick" or any other, cover with a towel and leave to stand for 2 hours.

Grease the risen dough with the remaining olive oil and put to bake in the oven already preheated to 220 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer.
