There are many recipes for pizza dough without yeast, the following are two of the simplest of them, pizzas with them are incredibly delicate and delicious.

Recipe number 1

You will need:

- two chicken eggs;

- two glasses of premium flour (you must first sift it to sate with oxygen and, of course, clean it);

- 1/2 cup of milk (fat is not important here);

- 1 teaspoon of salt (without a slide);

- two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

First of all, you need to mix the flour (1.5 cups) with salt, then in a separate bowl mix milk, eggs and butter (you can beat everything lightly).

Pour the egg and milk mass into a bowl with flour and mix everything thoroughly. Pour the remaining flour onto the work surface, level it and pour the dough into it. Knead the dough thoroughly to such a state that it stops sticking to your hands and becomes homogeneous (it takes an average of five to seven minutes).

The resulting dough should be wrapped in a towel dipped in cold water and left at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes. The dough is ready to bake.

Recipe number 2

You will need:

- two chicken eggs;

- 200-250 ml of medium fat kefir;

- two glasses of flour;

- salt (to taste);

- soda (1/4 of a teaspoon);

- vinegar (a little to quench soda);

- 50 g of butter.

In one bowl, you need to slightly beat the eggs with salt, and in the other - kefir with slaked soda. Next, you need to mix the two resulting masses together. Melt the butter and add to the mixture.

Pour flour into a bowl and mix everything thoroughly with a spoon, then continue to knead with your hands until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
