Products:

- pickled mushrooms - 250-300 g, - ham - 300 g, eggs - 2-3 pcs., - jacket potatoes - 3 pcs., - a bunch of green onions, - 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes with ham, chop the eggs (they can be put in a large mug and chopped with a fork). Grind mushrooms and chives.

Lay all the ingredients in a working bowl in layers, smearing each layer with mayonnaise. The order of the layers from the bottom up: pickled mushrooms, green onions, ham, potatoes, eggs. Then put the salad in the refrigerator for impregnation. Immediately before serving, flip the contents into a clean salad bowl so that the mushrooms are on top. A simple but tasty and spectacular salad is ready.

Chicken salad with pickled mushrooms

A hearty and at the same time vitamin recipe is perfect for a festive table on a summer day.

Products:

- ham, chicken fillet, - pickled mushrooms - 200 g each, - chicken eggs - 2 pcs., - onions - 1 pc., - tomato - 1 pc., - green lettuce leaves - 4-5 pcs., - salt, black pepper, mayonnaise - to taste, - greens to decorate the salad.

Pre-boil chicken in salt water. Hard-boiled eggs. Cut the ham into small pieces. Cool eggs, clean and rub with a fork. Peel and chop the onions in half rings. Cool chicken and cut into strips. Put in the working salad bowl all the ingredients except the tomatoes, pepper, salt, add mayonnaise and mix.

Take a flat dish, put lettuce leaves on it, lay a salad on top of it, decorate it with greens and tomato slices in a circle. Now the dish can be served on the table.

Salad with pickled mushrooms, cheese and ham

This salad has a special piquant, refined taste, lots of calories and fast cooking. This recipe is best for a festive table in the winter.

Products:

- red beans - 1 can, - ham - 200 g, - hard cheese 250 g, - pickled mushrooms - 250 g, - onion turnip - 1 pc., - medium-sized carrots - 1 pc., - olive oil - 1 tablespoon, - mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

Open a jar of beans and drain all the water out of it. Do the same with pickled mushrooms. Put the mushrooms and beans in a salad bowl. Cut the ham into thin sticks and send the beans to the salad bowl next.

Grate carrots on a grater for Korean carrots, chop onions and fry together with carrots in vegetable oil. Let cool and add to other ingredients. Season the salad with salt, mayonnaise and pepper. Stir and place in a beautiful salad bowl. Garnish with greens and serve.
