You will need

  • - cottage cheese - 1 tbsp.;

  • - sugar - 0.5 tbsp.;

  • - vegetable oil - 0.5 tbsp.;

  • - soda - 1 tsp;

  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;

  • - powdered sugar - 1 tbsp;

  • - anise - to taste;

  • - flour - 300 g.

Instruction manual

1

You can take cottage cheese for cookies of absolutely any fat content, but it should not be too dry. Rub the cottage cheese in a bowl, add soda and rub again. Add sugar, salt and rub the cottage cheese thoroughly again with a spoon or hands.

Now pour in sunflower or corn unrefined oil, stir well with a spoon.

2

Pour flour in small portions. For the preparation of cottage cheese cookies, wheat flour, the most common, general-purpose premium grade, is suitable. As a rule, all 300 grams of flour goes into the dough, but if the cottage cheese is dry, then less flour may be needed.

3

The curd dough is soft, moderately oily; it does not stick to either the hands or the table. Roll out the dough with a thickness of approximately 5 mm and use the cookie cutters to cut out the figures.

4

Put prepared figures on a dry, clean baking sheet. Now you can sprinkle cookies with freshly ground anise. Bake cottage cheese cookies at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

5

Remove the finished cookies from the baking sheet, put on a dish, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
