Put large pieces of bread in a pan greased with a small amount of refined vegetable oil, and put on a slow fire. Pieces of ham can be placed in the same pan.

Break eggs into another pan - one for each sandwich - salt them to taste and put on a slow fire, cover with a lid.

When the bread is slightly toasted from below, turn it over to the other side. Put slices of ham on top, place eggs on the ham, which by this moment will reach almost ready. Cover the pan and let it simmer until the bread is browned below.

Hot meat sandwiches

For meat hot sandwiches, pre-prepared meatballs, meatballs, stews or fried meat of any kind are suitable - everything that remains half-eaten and runs the risk of disappearing in the refrigerator. Instead of meat, you can take fried or boiled fish fillet.

Slices of bread with ketchup. Top with thinly sliced ​​onion rings. Cut the meat filling into flat slices and heat in a pan, then put it on the sandwiches. Put thin slices of cheese on top, and then another piece of bread, also smeared with ketchup (ketchup down).
