Pancakes are a favorite treat of many people. Beer crepes go very well with salted fish. Pancakes are quite elastic and therefore you can easily stuff them and make rolls. This is a great snack to the table. They are very easy to prepare, and very little time is spent. Fancy pancakes are prepared as simple pancakes, the dough is the same as for simple pancakes, just add beer.

Beat eggs with salt and sugar.

Pour milk, beer and add soda, mix well. It will turn out a lot of foam, this is due to the combination of beer and soda.

Add flour, beat well so that there are no lumps.

Add oil and mix again.

From the prepared dough, in a well-heated pan, fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked.

Fold one edge of the pancake towards the center and lay the other edge on top. Starting from the narrow side, we turn the pancakes into rolls.

Serve pancakes with caviar, with salted fish of different types. Beer is perfect.
