- - baking dish;
- - pitted prunes, diced, 0.5 cups;
- - orange liqueur 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - butter 130 g;
- - brown sugar 3/4 cup;
- - cocoa 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - honey 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - wheat flour 1 cup;
- - baking powder 1 teaspoon;
- - chopped walnuts 0.5 cup;
- - orange zest 2 teaspoons;
- - 1 beaten chicken egg;
- - vanillin 1 teaspoon;
- - salt on the tip of a knife;
- For the interlayer:
- - chocolate 165 g;
- - thick cream 80 g;
- - orange liquor 2 teaspoons.

Pour the sliced prunes with liquor, mix and leave to soak. Grease a baking dish with butter.

Put butter in a saucepan, add cocoa, sugar and honey. Cook, stirring constantly, until the butter has melted. It is not necessary to bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add the egg and vanilla and stir gently until the mass is smooth.

Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Add chopped nuts, orange zest and prunes, mix a lot. Pour the mixture from the pan into a bowl of flour and mix thoroughly. Then pour into a baking dish, level and bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Break the chocolate into slices and place in a bowl. Bring the cream separately to a boil and pour into a bowl of chocolate, mix gently until the chocolate dissolves. Lubricate the cake with a layer, cut into squares and decorate with nuts.
