Many housewives have the opinion that preparing a pie requires a lot of time. However, there are recipes for which it is very easy to cook, and the dishes are unusually tasty. One of such dishes is a cream pie with mushrooms and chicken. This cake is cooked quickly, and the result is always delicious.

You will need

  • - eggs - 3 pcs.;

  • - sour cream - 400 g;

  • - flour - 1 glass;

  • - baking powder - 2 tsp;

  • - salt to taste.
  • For filling:
  • - chicken fillet - 300 g;

  • - fresh champignons or oyster mushrooms - 300 g;

  • - onions - 1 pc.;

  • - spices and salt;

  • - vegetable oil for frying.

First you need to prepare the dough for sour cream. To do this, lightly beat the eggs with a fork in a saucepan. After that, add sour cream, a pinch of salt to the beaten eggs and season with spices. Stir the mixture until smooth.

Add baking powder and flour to the mixture and knead the dough, which should turn out to be liquid. Leave the dough to infuse for half an hour and start preparing the filling for the sour cream.

Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.

Wash and dry the mushrooms, cut them into strips or cubes. Add chopped mushrooms to a pan with onions and fry so that excess moisture comes out of them.

Wash the chicken fillet and cut off all the excess (films and tendons), cut the fillet into cubes. Add the chicken to the onions and mushrooms, mix and fry until cooked. In the end, add salt and season with spices.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Oil a baking dish and pour half of the dough into it. On top of the dough, lay the filling evenly. Fill the filling with the remaining dough. Put the cake to bake. After 15-20 minutes, remove it from the oven, make a few punctures with a fork over the entire surface of the dough and put in the oven for another half hour.

Cool the finished cake right in the form and only then remove it from it.

Useful advice

If you like crispy pies, before putting the pie in the oven for the second time, sprinkle it on top with cheese grated on a coarse grater.
