  • - 2 g of ground black pepper;

  • - 5 g curry;

  • - 5 g of ground paprika;

  • - salt to taste.

To prepare such a sauce, it is best to take fresh flower honey, which has not yet had time to thicken and sugar, you can also take buckwheat honey. If there is no fresh honey, dilute the honey with a little boiled water and warm it strongly in a water bath. Honey should become liquid, but do not bring to a boil. Cool liquid honey well before cooking.

Take celery, wash well, dry and peel. Peeled celery root into cubes of the same size no more than two to three centimeters. Wash and peel potatoes and carrots, cut into cubes a little smaller. Peel and cut the garlic in half. Put the vegetables and garlic together in a deep bowl.

Take a pan with a thick bottom and high edges, heat it well on the stove and put the butter in it, as soon as the butter has melted, add honey to it. Keep stirring, add pepper, curry and paprika to the butter and honey. Pour the vegetables thoroughly over the sauce, each slice should be covered with it. Put the vegetables in a baking dish and bake for forty minutes. If desired, cauliflower and celery can be added to these vegetables.
