The main thing is to listen to your body, choose only exercises that are comfortable for you, do it with joy, and not because you need to burn calories. Find a sport that you enjoy. What is the point of spoiling the mood with exhausting strength training, if you can just as well swim in the pool or go rollerblading?

The fifth and most important step: approach everything wisely. After long restrictions you may want to eat some cakes, but how will this affect your body? Try to eat more healthy foods, think about how to cook them so that you like to eat them.

Do not be alarmed if, after switching to an intuitive diet, the weight rises, with time the body itself gets rid of all that is superfluous. No matter how slowly you move, the main thing is do not stop!
