Then cut the omul into small circles, remove all the insides, and then cut these circles into small cubes.

Next, we put the finished fish in a container, sprinkle with chopped onions, add plenty of salt, about 3 teaspoons and pour in a small amount of vegetable oil. Mix everything well, close tightly with a lid and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
