Omelet is a French dish made from beaten eggs and milk. Such a legend is told that one emperor was very hungry on a campaign and in the nearest village poor people prepared a dish for him from all that they had. We put a pan with about 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. While our water is boiling, proceed to the next stage of preparation. Beat eggs and milk well with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until a plentiful foam is obtained.

We take two plastic bags and check their strength. This is done so that they can withstand milk and egg mass. Then the whole mass is first poured into one bag, we tie it well. Then we put this package in another package and tie it too. Put in a pot of water and simmer for 30 minutes. A special supervision of the package is not required, in these 30 minutes you can do your own thing.

After cooking, carefully remove the bag from the water and let it cool slightly. Cooked omelet must immediately be placed on plates and serve.

Useful advice
The package must be opened with extreme caution, as steam can be burned.
Omelet can be cooked with filling, for example, putting pieces of filler there (cheese, herbs, ham).
