For the preparation of this cocktail, carrots of the following varieties are perfect: Agatha, Belatrice, Marseille. You can take any juicy orange carrots, the main thing is that it is juicy. Sea buckthorn will do any but white.

Take four large ripe carrots, wash in warm running water, peel. Cut the peeled carrots into large pieces. Take a blender or juicer and skip the carrots several times. If you have a blender, then carefully beat the whipped carrots through cheesecloth, folded in several layers. For a cocktail you need fresh carrot juice without pulp. Mix filtered juice with honey and vanilla sugar. Beat everything in a blender again or with a hand mixer. Sugar and honey should completely dissolve and not precipitate. Pour juice into a jug and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Take ripe sea buckthorn berries, rinse them thoroughly in warm running water. It is best to sort through the berries in advance and remove all unnecessary objects, twigs and leaves. Pour the berries onto a large, wide sieve, turn on the shower and rinse the berries several times. Let the berries dry completely. Pour the berries into a blender and beat. It is not necessary to squeeze sea buckthorn, its pulp gives the cocktail a special sourness.

In a large cup of blender, mix together the beaten berries of sea buckthorn, sourdough and carrot juice. Cool slightly and serve.
