Cooking:

Rinse the chicken fillet. Pour water into the pan and add salt. Cook the chicken until tender. To make the fillet tasty and fragrant, add black pepper and peeled onion. At the end of cooking, put a bay leaf.

Wash and boil potatoes in their skins. Wash the carrots, peel and cook for 25 minutes. We will also need boiled eggs to prepare the salad.

Take a large plate or a dish with a flat bottom. We begin to lay out the salad in the form of a sheep in layers. The sheep will consist of a head and a trunk.

We spread the first layer - boiled and grated potatoes, the second layer - mayonnaise, the third - chicken fillet, which must be cut into pieces, the fourth layer - mayonnaise, the fifth - carrots peeled and grated, the sixth - mayonnaise, the seventh - grated cheese and mayonnaise again.

At the end of the salad preparation, we cover the body of the lamb with egg whites grated on the grater, and the muzzle with boiled yolks grated on the grater.
