You will need

  • On one can of 600 ml:

  • - cucumbers (thinly sliced) - 2 glasses;

  • - onions (chopped) - 1/4 cup;

  • - sweet pepper (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
  • To prepare the marinade:

  • - table vinegar 9% - 1/3 cup;

  • - granulated sugar - 3/4 cup;

  • - salt - 1 tsp.

Peel, wash and finely chop peppers. Peel and chop onions into small cubes.

Wash and chop the cucumbers with thin strips. Stir the vegetables and place in a pre-prepared sterilized jar.

Add 9% vinegar, salt and sugar to the saucepan, bring the marinade to a boil. Pour the prepared hot marinade over the vegetables in the jar. Cool the jar and put in the refrigerator. After a day, cucumbers can be served on the table.

If you want to save cucumbers for the winter, then, bay the marinade in a jar, wait 10 minutes and pour the marinade into the pan. Boil the marinade again and pour in the vegetables again.

Close the jar with a sterilized screw cap. Turn the jar over and wrap it with a towel until it cools completely. Store the jar of cucumbers in a cool, dark place.

These cucumbers do not need to be stored in the cellar or in the refrigerator, it is enough not to leave the jar near sources of heat and light.
