- - 3 pcs. egg whites

- - mayonnaise

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips, you can use a special grater. Heat the pan and pour in the vegetable oil. When the butter begins to crack, carefully lay the potatoes in a skillet. Fry over high heat until crusty. Turn over and fry on the other side. Remove from heat and salt.

Boil the chicken fillet and cut large enough, send to a bowl, dividing into fibers. Add chopped champignons and ham to the chicken. Cook hard-boiled eggs. Take three eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Protein grate on a fine grater. Mix them with the rest of the ingredients. Season the salad with mayonnaise.

Put the contents of the bowl in the form of a nest on lettuce leaves. Spread the fried potatoes on top and decorate with boiled eggs. For greater effect, shape the hatched chick.
