Dumplings are classified as traditional Chinese cuisine, since during the reign of the famous Qin Dynasty, this dish was considered the main decoration of the imperial table. Knead dough consisting of eggs, flour and salt in advance. If you do not want to spend time on this, you can buy ready-made products at any grocery store. However, for traditional Chinese dumplings, the dough is made independently.

Next, put the minced meat in a separate bowl and knead thoroughly. In this case, it is better to use a wooden spatula.

Peking cabbage put on a cutting board and chop first in large pieces. Then, with a sharp knife with a wide blade, grind the cabbage for 15 minutes to a pulp state. So the stuffing will be more juicy and soft.

Add the chopped cabbage to the minced meat and knead well, then salt, pepper and season with seasonings. Leave the minced meat for 7 minutes.

Pour sesame oil into a metal scoop or cup and heat on a fire to a temperature of at least 90 degrees. Make sure that the oil does not start to burn. Otherwise, you ruin the taste of minced meat. Gently pour the hot oil into the cabbage and meat mixture and mix with quick movements. Under the influence of oil, the minced meat will brighten a little.

Take the dough, cut a small piece and roll it with a rolling pin on a hard surface. An even circle of dough can be made using any lid with sharp edges. Just press it to the dough and turn it several times around the axis, and then remove the excess residue.

Put closer to the edge of the required amount of meat. Please note that the stuffing should be placed on the dough so that when modeling it does not leak oil.

Connect the ends of the dough with pinching movements. Chinese dumplings, prepared according to a traditional recipe, take the form of Russian dumplings. Sprinkle the finished dumplings on top with flour and put on a pallet, which at the end of cooking should be put into the freezer.

In China, dumplings are served with soy sauce or balsamic vinegar. The dish is prepared for no more than 10 minutes, since the most important thing in this process is to avoid digestion of the dough.
