Rinse the tomatoes, wipe with a paper towel and cut into two halves. The baking dish should be greased with vegetable oil and covered with parchment baking paper.

Transfer the tomato halves to parchment so that the cut of each tomato is on top. Season with salt and seasoning.

Put the mold in a preheated oven and bake the tomatoes for about 25 minutes. A baked crust should appear on the tomatoes.

Boil a sufficient amount of water in a saucepan, add salt and pasta to it. Boil them until tender, then drain the water from them.

In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, then transfer the finished, baked tomatoes into it, cook for about 5 minutes.

Then add boiled pasta to the pan with tomatoes and mix everything thoroughly. As a result, pasta is saturated with juice and aroma of tomatoes.
