Pick your recipe

Such a cake will appeal to both guests and households. It can be cooked with different fillings, so it does not bother. The recipe is quite simple and it will be mastered by not even an experienced culinary specialist. The set of products is such that the missing ingredient is easily replaced by what any housewife always has at hand. You are sure to add this recipe to your cookbook and love it.

Required Products:

Chicken eggs 4 pcs. Flour 2 cups. Sugar half a cup. Kefir 1 cup (can be replaced with milk or sour cream). Vanilla Sugar or Vanillin 1 sachet. Baking powder for dough 1 sachet (can be replaced with baking soda). Pie filling 200 g. (Frozen berries, jam, jam, jam, canned fruits, fresh fruits: apples, bananas, pears).

The filler for the pie should not be liquid, if it is jam, then it must be thick. Otherwise, the dough will become wetter during cooking and the cake may remain moist inside.

Cooking

Take four eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat whites in a thick foam with a whisk or mixer. Rub the yolks with a whisk and a half cup of sugar until sugar is completely dissolved.

One glass of kefir is mixed with two glasses of flour, four tablespoons of refined vegetable oil and yolks, grated with sugar.

Next, add baking powder for dough and vanilla sugar 1 sachet. If there is no baking powder, then you can use baking soda (you do not need to extinguish it if you use kefir or sour cream).

It is more convenient to mix with your hands, but you can also use a whisk.

When the dough is homogeneous, beaten proteins are added to it and mixed again. Proteins should be added gradually, first a quarter, then another quarter and then everything else.

When preparing the mold, you can grease it with butter or cover it with parchment for baking. Choose a form that is not small in size, otherwise the cake will take longer to cook.

Pour half the dough into a mold and pour the filling on top. The filling must be distributed evenly throughout the cake so that it does not fall on the edges.

Then, starting from the edges, fill everything with the remaining dough. It's okay if part of the filling is visible from above.

The cake is baked for 20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. The cake is checked with a wooden skewer or match. We stick it in the center, if the cake is ready, we see that the match is dry and does not have sticky dough on it.
