- mayonnaise 100 g.

- ketchup 100 g.

- fresh greens 1 bunch

- vegetable oil

Cooking order

Rinse the chicken thighs well in cold water, sprinkle with chicken seasoning, add 2 tablespoons of ketchup and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and leave to marinate for a while (10-15 minutes).

While the hips are pickling, you need to peel the potatoes. Peeled potatoes must be cut into quarters and boiled in salted water for 10 minutes after boiling. Then drain the water and let it cool.

Peel the onions and carrots, chop the onions finely, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Put chopped vegetables in a heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry for 5 minutes, salt and stir occasionally.

Wash the tomato and cut into thin slices.

Remove the baking sheet, cover it with foil or baking paper in two layers. Spread with sunflower or olive oil.

Then start spreading potatoes and spread with mayonnaise. Put onions with carrots on the potatoes, and then the hips, which have already absorbed ketchup, mayonnaise and seasoning. Then lay the remaining tomatoes on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

We send the baking sheet to the oven for 25 minutes to bake. Make sure that the temperature of the fire is approximately 200 degrees.

When everything is ready, you need to remove the chicken from the oven, sprinkle with herbs and arrange on plates. Eat this dish of course, hot.
