You will need
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 6 tablespoons of water;
- - 250 g of milk;
- - 200 ml cream;
- - 4 eggs;
- - vanilla;
- - grease / oil to lubricate the mold;

1/2 of the sugar to combine with water. Put on the stove in a small saucepan and heat, stir occasionally until a clear, golden mass is formed.

Lubricate the cream molds with butter. Sugar syrup neatly placed in molds made of refractory material.

In a separate bowl, combine milk, cream, eggs, 1/2 sugar and vanillin. Mix thoroughly with a blender. Pour the resulting mass into molds on sugar syrup.

Put all this in a fireproof sheet with deep edges. Add to the sheet of water to the middle of the molds, it will create the effect of a water bath.

Place the sheet in the oven, heated to 170 degrees. Cooking time is 35 minutes.

Remove the molds, cool, then put in the refrigerator. Before serving, remove the cream from the molds and transfer to serving plates. Pour sugar syrup. Dessert can be decorated with whipped cream, strawberries, a sprig of vanilla.
