You will need
- Based on 6 servings:
- 1 kg of cauliflower;
- 2 eggs;
- ½ cup flour;
- a couple of sprigs of dill;
- a pair of parsley branches;
- sunflower oil;
- seasoning to taste.

First, prepare the cabbage, sorting it into inflorescences, cook in salted water (about 6 minutes). Fold the ready cabbage into a colander, then cut it into small pieces already cooled.

Place the prepared cabbage in a bowl, then add eggs and flour. Mix well.

Rinse and dry the greens, then chop and place to the cabbage and egg mass. Greens will give future cutlets a special piquancy. It's no secret how useful parsley and dill are, especially if they are grown on their own.

Preheat the pan, while dripping there 2-3 tbsp. l sunflower oil. Take the prepared mass with a spoon and put in a pan. The process is similar to cooking, say, cheese cakes or pancakes. Cooking each cutlet takes 8 minutes (4 minutes on each side). If necessary, feel free to add more oil to the pan.

The dish is ready. Before serving directly, you can decorate with greens.
