  • 100 g of hard cheese;

  • 2 onion heads;

  • 20 g butter.

If for cooking you bought not a ready-made stuffing, but a piece of meat, grind it by scrolling through a meat grinder. Pre-clean the beef from the tendons and veins so that there are no coarse parts in the minced meat.

If it is not possible to grind meat using technology, finely chop it with a sharp knife. In this case, the so-called chopped cutlets are obtained. Culinary experts recommend slightly freezing it before chopping the meat, so it will be easier and more convenient to cut it.

Carefully beat the prepared ground beef on the surface of the table so that it becomes more tender. Add eggs and finely chopped onions to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then pour melted butter into it.
