  • For the sauce:

  • - 300 g of yogurt without additives

  • - half lime

  • - 1 tsp worcester sauce

  • - a few drops of tabasco

  • - a pinch of hot pepper

  • - cilantro

  • - salt

Wash pre-washed eggs in a bowl, add milk to them. Beat the egg and milk mass with a whisk, slightly salt.

Take another bowl, pour flour, baking powder, salt, paprika into it, mix everything well.

Thaw squids at room temperature, rinse thoroughly, remove the film from them, then cut into rings. If there are ready-made rings on sale, you can immediately use them.

Prepare the sauce in advance. For this, yogurt is laid out in a bowl, half lime juice is squeezed into it, Worcester sauce, Tabasco is added, everything is salted and sprinkled with pepper, then mixed thoroughly. If someone likes hot sauce, you can add ground chili. Finely chop the cilantro and add to the sauce.

Dip squid rings in the egg mixture, shake off excess and roll in flour. Rings breaded in this way are laid out on the shelf for about 10 pieces.

On medium heat in a pan, it is very good to heat the vegetable oil. You can start frying when the oil starts to snap a little. The oil should be enough for the rings to float in it. Dip rings into oil. Since the top of the rings still pops up, they need to be turned over after 30 seconds, then fried for another 10 seconds.

Prepare a plate of paper towels or towels in advance to remove excess oil. Catch the finished fried rings and put on a plate. Then immediately start frying the second batch.

Serve the finished rings with the sauce.
