  • - 3 egg yolks;

  • - 100 g creamy cottage cheese;

  • - a bag of vanilla icing sugar;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;

  • - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and gelatin;

  • - 10 drops of Rum flavor.

Mix cottage cheese with egg yolks, cinnamon, and powdered sugar with a mixer. Add softened butter, drip 10 drops of rum flavor (food flavorings can be found in stores in the "Everything for Baking" section).

Pour 150 ml of coconut milk into the mass, mix.

Mix the remaining 150 ml of milk with gelatin, warm slightly - the gelatin should dissolve completely.

Pour the milk with gelatin in a thin stream into the bulk, stirring occasionally.

Put the ice cream base in the ice cream maker for 30 minutes. If you do not have an ice cream maker, put the mass in containers and put it in the freezer. Due to gelatin, the dessert will be ready quickly.

Pull the ice cream out, place it in a bowl, you can additionally sprinkle with cinnamon or decorate the treat at your discretion.

In total, it will take you no more than 1 hour to prepare the dessert.

Useful advice

If you could not find food flavorings, then you can use real rum for this dessert - no more than 1 tbsp. spoons for the specified amount of ingredients.
