- - one egg;
- - coconut flakes - 100 g;
- - baking powder - 10 g;
- - kefir, cream 20% - 1 glass each;
- - wheat flour - 1.5 cups;
- - sugar - 1.5 cups;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon.

Cook the dough. Mix a chicken egg, a glass of kefir, sugar (3/4 cup), baking powder, flour. Pour the resulting dough into a mold.

Mix 3/4 cup sugar, coconut, a bag of vanilla sugar for the filling, evenly distribute the mixture on the surface of the dough.

Put in the form in the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees. Make sure that coconut flakes are not burnt. After 10 minutes from the start of baking, you can cover the coconut pie with foil.

Pour the finished cake evenly with a glass of cream. If you want, you can still sprinkle with coconut. Have a nice tea party!
