To prepare three servings of pumpkin muffins, you will need the following components: 150 grams of pumpkin, 50 grams of vegetable oil, 1 bag of vanillin, one egg, half a teaspoon of baking soda, 150 grams of sugar, 200 grams of wheat flour, 125 grams of cottage cheese and salt on the tip of a knife.

Pumpkin should be chosen bright yellow, without extraneous odors. It is also important to choose a good cottage cheese - it should be natural, without various additives.

To make the cupcakes airy, flour must be taken in the highest grade.

The pumpkin needs to be separated from the peel and chopped with a blender to a mushy state.

In a deep bowl, place sugar with eggs and mix with a whisk or a mixer. Then add pumpkin puree and mix again.

At the same time, the cottage cheese is whipped with a blender until smooth and transferred to a mixture of eggs, sugar and pumpkin. All components are well mixed.

Then sifted flour, oil, salt, soda and vanillin are added to this mass and mixed again.

The finished mass is poured into a pre-prepared baking dish or in several small molds. During baking, the dough will increase in volume, this should be taken into account when filling out forms.

Bake the cake for 45 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.

This recipe for making muffins will amaze you with its simplicity and mouth-watering aroma of cinnamon and pumpkin. It will take a little time to cook - 30 minutes.

To bake eight cupcakes you will need: 90 grams of butter, 300 grams of wheat flour, one tablespoon of ground cinnamon, three eggs, one tablespoon of sugar, 200 ml of milk, 200 grams of peeled pumpkin, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt.

First you need to mix all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl: flour (pre-sift), baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk and butter. Pour sugar in them and beat with a blender or mixer. Carefully pour the dry mixture into the milk mixture and knead the mass. Next, add the pumpkin, previously ground or chopped into a mushy state, into the mass.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. Fill the molds with a mass, leaving a little space on top so that the cupcake rises and does not leak.

Muffins must be baked for 25 minutes or until cooked, depending on the oven.

After baking, let the muffins stand for ten minutes, then put on a plate and cool. Can be served.

A cupcake is a full breakfast. And if it is made on the basis of semolina and pumpkin, it is doubly useful and can energize for a long time.

Necessary ingredients: one glass of semolina, 250 grams of peeled pumpkin, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 100 grams of sugar (preferably brown), 100 butter, two chicken eggs, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Pumpkin must be prepared: peeled, sunflower seeds and fibers. Rinse, dry and place on a baking sheet. Send the pumpkin to bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. As an alternative, the pumpkin can be boiled in water for 15 minutes, allowing excess water to drain after that. After preparing the pumpkin, it must be cooled, cut into small slices. After placing it in a bowl, push the batter to a puree state.

Then pour semolina, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon into the mass. Mix the mixture well with the addition of butter.

A little trick: to make the dish even healthier, you can add honey instead of sugar.

Leave the dough for 15 minutes to swell semolina and then mix again.

Separately, you need to beat the eggs in a lush foam and transfer to the dough. Mix everything well. The baking mixture is ready. By consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream.

The dough is laid out in a pre-greased form and sent to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the cupcake for 40 minutes.

The readiness of baking can be checked with a wooden stick, as described above.
