  • - 500 ml of dry white wine;

  • - 3 cloves of garlic;

  • - 60 g of hard cheese;

  • - 1 hot red pepper;

  • - 2 small zucchini;

  • - 100 g of spinach;

  • - 1 bay leaf;

  • - freshly ground black pepper;

  • - salt.
  • For spicy rice:

  • - 3 glasses of rice;

  • - 6 glasses of water;

  • - 1 large onion;

  • - 1 tomato;

  • - 1 tsp caraway seeds;

  • - 1 pod of dry cardamom;

  • - 4 things. cloves;

  • - 1 bay leaf;

  • - ½ tsp salts;

  • - 1 tbsp. l cashew nuts;

  • - 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil.

Vegetable side dish

Rinse all vegetables thoroughly under running water, and then divide the broccoli into inflorescences, cut Chinese cabbage into large pieces, and green beans into 4-5 centimeter slices, chop green onion and a clove of garlic with a knife. In a dry frying pan, fry the sesame seeds until golden brown. In vegetable oil heated to 160 ° C, stirring constantly, fry the garlic for several seconds. Then add broccoli and sauté for a couple more minutes. Then put the rest of the ingredients: Chinese cabbage, green beans and green onions. While stirring, fry everything together for 2-3 minutes and pour in soy sauce, white table wine, as well as 4 tablespoons of water. Season to taste with salt, sugar and ground pepper. Stew vegetables over low heat until cooked. When serving, garnish with herbs and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Seashells in white wine

Pour the wine into the stewpan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a bay leaf, fill in the shells and pour the required amount of boiled hot water. Boil the pasta until cooked and drop it into a colander. Then heat the remaining olive oil in a pan and fry chopped garlic and finely chopped hot pepper in it. After that, add diced zucchini and simmer for 5-10 minutes over low heat. Pour the spinach with boiling water, let stand and lay on a sieve. Then chop finely and add to the pan. Continue to simmer everything together for just a minute, then mix the shells with cooked vegetables. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve garnished with beef stew.

Spicy rice

Rinse and soak the rice in cold water. Peel onions, chop with a knife and fry over low heat in vegetable oil until brown. Add caraway seeds, cardamom, cloves, bay leaf and fry all together for several seconds. Then pour in the water, let it boil and put peeled and finely chopped tomato. Add cashew nuts and strained rice. Salt, mix everything thoroughly and cook over very low heat for 15 minutes.

Vegetables should be cut with a stainless steel knife. The larger the vegetables are cut, the better they retain vitamin C and mineral salts.

Beef also goes very well with asparagus, which must be boiled and then darkened with cream until it is pureed.
