You will need

    • for 4 servings:
    • champignons - 1.5 kg;
    • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp;
    • sour cream - 250 g;
    • flour - 1 tbsp;
    • salt.

Instruction manual

1

Prepare the champignons. If you use fresh mushrooms, soak them for several minutes in cold water to easily remove any dirt, then rinse under running water and lay on a towel. Let it dry. Carefully separate the caps from the legs. Hats cut into slices, chop the legs in circles. If you use frozen mushrooms, then no additional preparation is required. But buying mushrooms for frying, buy mushrooms already sliced. Otherwise, you will have to spend time cutting them after preparation, as Mushrooms must not be thawed.

2

In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and gently lay the mushrooms. These mushrooms contain a sufficiently large amount of water, and frozen semi-finished products - even more so, so the first 15 minutes you will engage in banal evaporation of water.

3

Immediately determine for yourself the degree of roasted mushroom treats. Champignon is a grateful mushroom that can even be eaten raw, so it cooks quickly enough. If you like everything fried and crispy, then after the first 15 minutes of cooking it will be enough for you to salt the mushrooms to taste and serve them to the table with potato croquettes and lettuce. If you are pleased to feel the delicate texture and softness - add the sauce to lightly fried mushrooms.

4

Add almost all the sour cream to the roasting mushrooms, leave only a couple of tablespoons. Add flour, half a glass of water to them and mix thoroughly. Then pour in a thin stream into a pan with mushrooms and mix so that there are no lumps. Sweat for another 5 minutes. Add salt and set aside.

5

Serve with mashed potatoes, boiled green beans or as an independent dish. The choice is yours!
